Creed has been researching health and fitness for nearly 30 years; he’s been a fitness coach for 18 years and has been a certified personal trainer since 2007. He holds multiple certifications as an athletic coach and specializes in hybrid training and tactical strength and conditioning. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Science and has devoted most of his life to investigating exercise and nutrition and their applications to performance, health, and longevity.
Since 2000, Creed has trained individuals and groups, both in the civilian and military sectors, from nearly all walks of life. In 2007, he participated in the international military-wide Crews Into Shape contest, and led an 8-person team that collectively lost 56.5 lb. of weight. His group had the distinct honor of being first-place winners out of hundreds of teams composed of thousands of competitors. His coaching, while focused on diet and exercise, has repeatedly led to surprising health outcomes beyond his clients’ expectations, including complete reversals in conditions such as osteoporosis, hypertension, pre-diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, chondromalacia patellae, and stage 3 chronic kidney disease—often accompanied with supportive medical documentary evidence.
