Before I met Creed, I believed that it was all downhill from here. Little did I know that this gifted trainer would truly open my life to new possibilities of health, vitality, and strength. Over the time we've worked together, I've transformed from dumpy to sleek; and was able to compete in figure (a type of bodybuilding), as well as be in an international fitness modeling campaign. 


But it's not all about looks; it's about health and quality of life. Before I met Creed, I was a physical mess. I truly was convinced that the best years of my life were behind me. When he started me on my new program, I had no idea where it would ultimately lead. The transformation was incredible. Since I started this journey, my osteoporosis has reversed, and I no longer have debilitating back or knee pain (I previously had osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, and chondromalacia patellae). Not only that, I reversed stage 3 chronic kidney disease and overcame chronic fatigue syndrome. Conquering these debilitating conditions—most of which are considered “irreversible”—was more than what I bargained for. I even threw out all my meds, which filled an entire shoe box. 


Working with Creed also led to incredible strength gains. I have gone up to 520 lbs. on leg presses and have done 12 strict dead-hang pull-ups. I’ve even done pull-ups with an additional 45 lbs. of weight. I also recently reached a new personal record and can now do one-arm push-ups, yet another feat I never thought I could ever do. None of these accomplishments would have been possible without Creed. To this day, my energy is off the charts; and with every passing year, I continue to get healthier and stronger—both physically and psychologically—and I’m now 50! 


Creed has a vision for every client and finds a way for him or her to reach the highest potential. I highly recommend doing what it takes to work with him. The sooner you get started, the sooner you will move toward fulfilling your dreams.

Average Jane transforms into chiseled figure competitor


Creed and Cat (“Dr. D”) were instrumental to my personal transformation. It was their expert advice that took my health and fitness to a whole new level and which started me on my journey to become a successful figure competitor. 


As a figure competitor and self-employed realtor, I need to always be healthy and in tip-top physical shape. Creed and Cat’s healthy dietary advice, along with their exercise regimen has helped me in keeping in top shape and fit for my everyday work. Being in good health enables me to be productive and feel and look my best all day, even when my schedule is tight and demanding.

At 74 years young, he’s the come-back kid


In the short time I have been in training with Darius, I have already noticed a lot of beneficial changes on how I feel. I feel terrific, much stronger, and full of a lot more energy. He has also given me some tips on nutrition that has helped me maintain my weight while beginning to convert some of my fat into muscle. Lordy, I sound like an infomercial! Lost 24 lbs. of fat; put on muscle; improved blood work; dropping meds


Recently, I consulted with Darius Creed about diet and exercise. He explained to me the benefits of a low-carb, high fat diet (LCHF), and intermittent fasting. He also consulted with me on how to put on muscle weight using body-weight exercises. 


Long story short, I've lost 24 pounds since December of last year (down from 189 to 165), using a moderate LCHF diet, combined with some intermittent fasting, mostly 16-hr. fasts. I'm gaining muscle strength and tautness. Plus, I'm down to only one blood-pressure medication, successfully dropping one medication after my weight loss.

I'll be 70 years old in a few days, and Creed's advice let me know I was doing the right thing, and on the right track. My blood work and improving fitness level shows that to be the case. 


When it comes to fitness, Creed knows his stuff, which is why I consulted with him in the first place. I would never have done so, had I not had confidence in his knowledge.

A new lease on life 


I am 77 years old and had problems with high blood pressure for some time. Mr. Creed told me about a very healthy diet and his exercise program. I decided to try his program. Because I was still weak from being sick for months, he suggested I start on mild exercises, gradually increasing in intensity, speed, and duration. I am happy to say that now I feel so much better, healthier, and stronger than when we first started on his program. 


Now my doctor has cut down my blood pressure medicine to the lowest dose, and even that, she cut in half; so, the side effect is almost gone. Following Creed's advice was the best thing I did for myself.


I cannot say enough good words about Creed. He is very knowledgeable, and a very helpful, caring person.  


Update (August 21, 2018): This client reports that she no longer has hypertension and discontinued her medication.
